Justice League: Warworld

With its anthology structure, Justice League: Warworld packs a powerful punch, taking Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman on journeys through several universes. Though the idea is undoubtedly awesome-imagine a sci-fi Batman or a Justice League western on Warworld!-the execution is a little shoddy.

On the plus side, the animation is solid, and the voice cast delivers capable performances. The reimagining of the villain Mongul is a highlight, adding a fresh spin to a familiar foe. Seeing DC heroes in these new settings is a fun novelty, with nods to classic genres like westerns and pulpy sci-fi.

However, the stories themselves struggle to truly engage. The anthology format feels disjointed, with each segment feeling a bit too brief to explore its full potential. The pacing can be slow, and some may find the violence a bit gratuitous, especially considering the film's "mature" rating.
