Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham
The story's narrative pacing noticeably weakens its overall impact, because the deliberate tempo and somewhat tangled way the story unfolds make it more difficult to fully engage with the events. This lack of immersive quality reduces the thrill and excitement that a more vigorous and clearly structured plot could have otherwise provided. Although the story has some appealing qualities, it unfortunately fails to use its constituent elements to their full potential, preventing it from becoming a genuinely gripping and unsettling tale, one that would truly hold the viewer's attention and inspire deeper feelings of fear and suspense.
